Refund/Cancellation Policy for HBCE Skill Development LLP
>> Cancellation Guidelines:
1. Order Cancellation:
- Customers can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement.
- To cancel, contact customer support with the order details.
2. Cancellation Approval:
- Cancellations are subject to approval and may not be possible for processed or shipped orders.
3. No Cancellation After Dispatch:
- Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
>> Refund Guidelines:
1. Eligibility for Refund:
- Refunds are applicable for canceled orders within the stipulated time frame.
- Refund eligibility for returned physical products is as per the Return Policy.
2. Refund Timelines:
- Refunds for canceled orders are processed within 5-7 business days.
- For returned physical products, refunds are processed within 15 business days after product inspection.
3. No Refund for Digital Products:
- Digital products, including e-learning courses, are non-refundable once accessed.
4. Partial Refunds:
- In cases of partial order cancellations, the refund amount is adjusted accordingly.
>> Cases of No Refund/Cancellation:
1. No Cancellation After Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled after they are shipped.
2. No Refund for Used/Damaged Products:
- Refunds are not applicable for physical products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition.
